    This is by far the best smoothie recipe book you'll find out there! With the very first smoothie you will be addicted, they ate THAT good. The recipes call for a very simple ingredients they are very simple to follow and taste amazing. I have several smoothie and this is by far the best one ever! You owe it to yourself to drink one green smoothie a day!

    This book, along with their website, makes living a healthy lifestyle actually seem attainable and delicious! It's not about taking anything out of your life or diet, just easily adding in one daily green smoothie and watching the changes that occur physically, mentally and emotionally. I have loved most of their recipe, and now am sure I'm getting my daily greens in with my breakfast!
