Could a werewolf be loose in Chicago? Common sense says no. The grisly evidence says yes. So does Harry Dresden. And with his weird connections, he should know.

It was great reading this book. It had me spellbind to the pages
Also to the one who had rated the book 1star after reading up to 30pgs. You have the desire to either buy the book online or find something else to read something else. Not every book here is free sorry

It was good but the werewolf thing has been so overdone it's just not really original.
Very fun read
I love this sort of nerdy stuff. Very fun.

Great book, highly enjoyable and exciting. Low reading level required, but a fun read nonetheless.

Point a twilight fan in the direction of these books and make the world a better place.
Jim Butcher is one hell of an author, his books always draw me in, Dresden can sometimes be a bit of a cat if you know what I mean, overall great book and a great series. I recommend it to all fiction lovers!!!
Dresden stands on his own
A marked improvement in the series. Less contrived than the first book and more risky. Chicago, as a living, breathing place, is much better represented in this outing. It still feels as if there's a bit of location name-dropping for it's own sake, but there is also a bit more knowledge and character guiding it. As I read further into the series, I can only hope it continues.
The Jim Butcher tales are filled with humor, adventure and a realistic idea of adult/childhood fantasy! I'm grateful to his sisters for setting him on his path!
